- Awarded over $50,000 in student scholarships.

- Financially supported the Job Shadow Program.

- Has given $50,000 to sponsor the Design/Build Competition , annually, with 300 student participants from 20 schools.

- Contributed over $300,000 as the primary financial supporter of safety training for over 4,500 employees.

- Become the sponsor of the Sacramento chapter of the National ACE Mentor Program.
