CIEF cannot consider grants to the following types of organizations, nor for the following
purposes:
- Religious organizations for explicit religious activities, as distinguished from social or educational activities;
- Political organizations or political campaigns or lobbying for specific legislation;
- Fraternal organizations, societies, orders or other foundations;
- Courtesy advertising or tickets for benefits.
It is the Foundation's intent to make quarterly grants for up to $5,000.
